The dossier · your revenue partner and growth accelerator
Revenue OS
An AI revenue partner that goes and finds money for you, so you're never forced to pay for advertising. No more renting your own market back from the big ad platforms. Connect your socials, your LinkedIn, your pages and your CRM. It builds a living contact card for everyone, finds who to partner with, who to re-engage and who they can bring in, then starts those conversations and keeps them going. It's primed to your process, and its one job is new business.
Connects LinkedIn · Facebook · Instagram · your pages · CRMWorks old leads · new leads · partners · places to show upGrows every yes into their network
Watch how it finds the money for you, so you never have to pay the ad platforms: recruiters, business loans, mortgage brokers, home services, SaaS, tech founders and solo owners. Then see the Revenue OS Map build a plan for a roofer.
First, it maps everyone you're already connected to
When you have customers, you have connections and ideal leads. Connect your socials, your LinkedIn and all your pages, and your CRM if you want to (we recommend it). The agent finds out who's there, matches the same person across every place, and builds one living contact card for each of them.

Every person has a living contact card
This is what makes every conversation different. Before anyone messages a person, their record becomes a card: who they are, where you know them from, who they serve, who they know, what they want, what was promised. Every message is written from that card, and every reply and every recorded call adds to it. No two conversations are the same, because no two cards are.

Before the first text
The record becomes a card: every place you know them from, tier, join date, last deal, source, manager, linked to their hubs and to the people they know. Thin records are flagged, never guessed.automatic · no AI for plain fields
The first text is written from the card
One true detail from their record, who's writing and why now, and one question. Never a past conversation that didn't happen.agent drafts · a person approves
Every reply adds to it
Facts go onto the card with their source and date. The next message asks for the most useful thing still missing, never something it already knows or just asked.agent · every 20 minutes
Every call adds to it
The recording's transcript is read; facts update the card, and every promise becomes an open loop and a task with a due date.phone calls or any video recorder
The card becomes a plan
Once it's complete enough: who they serve, what their clients need, which of your offers fit, and the next 30 days. The manager walks them through it on the next call.agent drafts · manager presents
Every card is yours. You can open it and read it like a note, it links to the person's tier, niche, manager, calls and connections, and the details your team uses every day stay in step with the records you already keep.
Your network, mapped: who knows who
Once every person has a card, the cards connect. You can see who knows who, who works where, and which of your people sit next to the business you want. This is the 339 partner types, pointed at your own network: the realtor who knows the buyers, the bookkeeper who knows the owners, the agency that already serves your customers.
Solid lines are people you know. Dashed lines are who they know: a warm path to someone new. Example, the roofer from the video.
What the map answers
Who in my network is hiring, buying, raising money or needs help right now?
Who haven't I talked to in a year, and who said "check back with me"?
Who already serves my customers and could send me business?
Which of my customers know other people just like them?
Who do I know at the company I want to work with?
Who has an audience that would gladly promote me?
Then it suggests your next connections
Now you can orchestrate your relationships instead of remembering them. Every morning the agent suggests who to reach out to, why now, and the path: you know them, you both know someone, or someone you know knows them. You say yes, and it starts the conversation.
You → Dan (old quote, 2 years) → Carol, his neighbor
Dan just booked his inspection and mentioned Carol's leak. Same thread, warm intro.
"Hi Carol, Dan said you've got a leak over the garage. Happy to take a look while we're on your street Friday."
You → Rachel (realtor you helped last year) → her buyers
She has two listings in your area and one inspection just flagged a roof. She knows you, and her buyers trust her.
"Rachel, saw the new listing on Elm. If the inspection flags the roof, I can get out there this week for your buyers."
You ↔ Mike (LinkedIn, 6 mutuals) · you both know Dana
Mike runs a 4-truck operation and posted about financing a new rig. Dana can make the intro, or you can mention her.
"Mike, Dana mentioned you're growing the fleet. Happy to share what's worked for other owner-operators she works with."
Every relationship has a lifecycle, and the agent keeps it true
It doesn't stop at reactivation. A person moves from your network into a conversation, into a customer, into a referral partner, into a growing account, and then their network becomes yours to map. "Silent" means no reply and no deal; a reply or a deal brings them straight back.

Every yes opens a new network
This is the growth accelerator. A referral isn't the end of the relationship, it's the start of the next map. When someone says yes, the account grows, and the people they know come into view.

Value first: growth services and events
People send more business when you've helped them first. Partners send more deals when they have more leads. The agent offers help, queues it, and tracks it to delivery.
The Partner Growth Kit
Done-for-you help, offered in check-ins and on request:
funnel pagereactivate their old leadsemail campaignssocial contentsystems help
"Do you need me to put together a funnel page for you? Want help reactivating your old list?"
Events that feed the network
Partner training twice a month ("How to use it and get more leads"), plus a weekly partnerships and affiliate-marketing coaching call in the Skool group.
The agent invites the right segments, sends reminders and the replay, tags who's interested, and follows up with anyone who asked a question.
Primed to your process, built for any business that runs on relationships
The agent learns your offer, your customers, the way you talk and the way you sell. Then it maps the people and partners that matter in your world. Here's what it goes after first in six of them.

Weekly partnerships coaching call in the group, events, growth-kit strategy.

AUTONOMOUS
Reading, sweeping, lifecycle tags, notes, follow-up tasks. Every change is audited.
HUMAN APPROVES
Every message and every automated sequence: locked, approved once, then sent. The agent cannot approve its own sends.
BOUNDED
Recurring cadence runs under a standing approval with a daily cap and an expiry, revocable instantly. One command freezes all outbound.
NEVER
Guaranteed results, rates, or income claims; changing commissions or payouts; messaging opted-out contacts; paid data-enrichment vendors.
Compliance built into the send path: SMS carries opt-out language and only goes out 9:00 to 20:00 in each recipient's own time zone, STOP means do-not-contact forever, and a lint blocks "guaranteed", "no credit check", and stated rates. The demo runs in demo mode, where only designated test contacts receive real messages.
One slice of it: 30 days on 253 partners
The partner side of the network, run day by day through the same engine the live agent uses: sweep, approvals, sends, reply triage, deals, newsletter, events. Reply rates are set at 22% for personal messages and 7% for bulk, stated so you can judge them.
115personal check-ins and follow-ups
24"check back with me" tasks worked on their day
59replies turned into next steps
12deals submitted after outreach
Where the same 253 affiliates end up after 30 days
Count of affiliates per lifecycle stage on day 30, with no outreach vs. with the agent running. The no-outreach side assumes no one replies or submits a deal on their own, so it is a floor, not a forecast.
The 253 partners are synthetic, so nobody was contacted; the engine and every rule are the real ones. The projection scales the run linearly and is only as good as its reply-rate assumptions. At full scale the personal queue is capped at 40 per day per manager, so personal volume grows with manager seats, not linearly. The live demo runs the same engine on a demo account.
